Pick exactly one bucket of the wiki. scope_type=GROUP → scope_id is the wiki_group UUID. scope_type=LOCATION → scope_id is the location UUID (as text). Optionally pass namespace to sub-divide the bucket — slash-delimited folder labels like ‘customers’ or ‘customers/vip’.
